• Browser type, device type, and operating system
• Pages visited and time spent on the Site
• IP address and general geographic location
• Referral source (how you arrived at our Site)
• Data stored in browser cookies and local storage (described in detail in Section 5)

We use the information we collect to:

• Process and respond to service requests
• Schedule appointments and dispatch technicians
• Contact you via our automated AI calling system or SMS with booking confirmations, appointment reminders, and follow-ups
• Provide you the option to speak with a live human team member at any point during an automated call
• Manage contractor accounts, job assignments, bids, and payouts
• Generate invoices and process payments via Stripe
• Send satisfaction surveys and service follow-up messages
• Improve our services and Site experience
• Comply with applicable legal obligations

When you submit a service request and check the consent box on our booking form, you authorize AdvantiAir to contact you using an automated AI telephone system (powered by Retell AI). This system may place calls and send SMS text messages to the phone number you provided.

To opt out of SMS messages, reply STOP to any message from us. Standard message and data rates may apply.

We do not sell your personal information. We may share it with:

• Service providers: Supabase (database and authentication), Stripe (payment processing), Twilio (SMS communications), Retell AI (automated calling), and similar vendors who process data on our behalf under strict data protection agreements
• Contractors: Licensed subcontractors in our network receive limited customer information (name, phone, service address, and job details) necessary to complete assigned work
• Legal compliance: We may disclose information if required by law, court order, or to protect our legal rights

All third-party vendors are contractually required to use your data only for the purpose of providing services to AdvantiAir and to maintain appropriate security measures.

Our Site uses cookies and browser local storage to provide core functionality, remember your preferences, and keep your account session active. We do not use advertising trackers, social media pixels, or third-party analytics cookies.

Local Storage (not cookies):

• advanti_cookie_consent — also written to localStorage for longer persistence, stores "accepted" or "denied" to track your cookie preference

What we do NOT use cookies for:

• Third-party analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics)
• Selling or sharing your browsing data with data brokers

Managing cookies: You can clear cookies at any time through your browser settings. Note that clearing authentication cookies will log you out of the contractor or admin portal. If you decline cookies via our consent banner, we limit storage to only what is strictly necessary for the Site to function.

We retain personal information for as long as necessary to provide services, resolve disputes, and comply with our legal obligations. Specifically:

• Service request records: retained for up to 3 years
• Contractor account data: retained for the duration of your engagement plus 2 years
• Payment records: retained as required by applicable tax and accounting regulations
• Communication logs (SMS/call): retained for up to 1 year

You may request deletion of your personal data by contacting us at info@advantiair.com. We will process deletion requests within 30 days subject to any legal retention requirements.

We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your information, including encrypted connections (HTTPS/TLS), row-level security on our database, and access controls that limit data access to authorized personnel. However, no method of electronic storage or transmission is 100% secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security.

Depending on your location, you may have the right to:
